Vanilla Avocado Soft Serve
- 1/2 frozen avocado, peeled & diced before freezing
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or more, depending on desired consistency)
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Stevia or other sweetener to taste
- Throw all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Easy peasy!
